Zynga, masters of innovation.
In an interview after a presentation Tuesday, Zynga’s director of design Wright Bagwell was quoted as saying:
“I feel like the company is trying lots of new genres. I feel like we’re trying a lot more new things…than the console industry.
This after a presentation where Zynga announced 5 new games: A slot machine game, Match with Friends, ChefVille, The Ville, and Farmville 2. I know Zynga gets a lot of flack, some deserved and some not, but it is hard to take a company seriously when they act increasingly like a parody of themselves.
